How To Get In Mood For Sex
Sometimes the last thing we think about is sex. Usually this happens after a long day at work, or after some negative experience during the day. But you know what? If you resist sex, you’ll stay in that negative mood. So why should you?
Let’s first find out why are we resisting sex when we are in a bad mood. The usual reasons – headache, bad day etc. are not reasons at all. Yes, we’ve had a little bit of bad luck – we’ve encountered people who were negative to us. But that doesn’t mean we should resist the person who cares so much about us – our significant other. In fact, we must do exactly the opposite.
How can we do that? Simply by letting go. We need to forget about the day we’ve had, and you can be sure that your partner will do whatever it takes to make you forget it. In most cases you’ll be surprised how little it takes for you to get back on track and get the desire.
When you are stuck inside your head, and all you can think are problems, it is impossible to see how great things will turn out. We are vibrating on a different level – anger, hate, fear – all the emotions you can think of that actually don’t matter anyway. You know why? Because they are usually at something that isn’t around you in that exact moment. What’s close to you is your partner, who wants to make you happy.
When you focus on the present moment, all your worries, all your fears – they will be gone. And then you can actually have fun. Yes, sometimes it is a bit harder to let go, but that’s something we can learn how to do. Remember when we were kids? We would fall, hurt ourselves, cry for a few minutes, and then we are back on our feet. If you were able to do it as a kid, you are able to do this now.
